New friends and a perfect summer day

Couldn't have had a better day after yesterday's activities.

It turns out that our neighboring boat, which is from Hardanger, has a girl about Olivia's age on board, as well as two younger brothers (Ingrid, Håvard, Vegard). It doesn't take long before the kids are playing together, and this continues all day. There will be visits on board with each other and trips to the beach.

The weather is also absolutely perfect, plus Allinge is a very cozy place, so this is a lovely day for everyone. We also find a new place to moor in the inner harbor, so we are perfectly located.

We have a late lunch at "Nordbornholms Røgeri Butik & Restaurant" where they have a great buffet. We try everything from smoked herring, smoked eel, salt-fried herring +++, a very delicious meal.

We say goodbye to our new sailing friends in "Tu Can Tango" who are moving on, and end the day with the European Football Championship on the boat and a little sightseeing on land as the sun sets.

This is what we call a real summer vacation day!
