Our boats
The Skipper's interest in sailing has always been there, and fortunately it has eventually spread to the rest of the family. This is a journey through the boats that have been built over time, up to today's Dufour 470.

2023 -
Dufour 470
S/Y Vue Mer is a Dufour 470 sailboat. This is a model that was launched in 2021. We received the boat directly from the shipyard in January 2023, and sailed it home in the summer of 2023. We have chosen a model with three cabins this time, and with lovely teak on the deck. The boat meets our needs in every way. It sails very well, we have a fantastically large and lovely cockpit, where a lovely outdoor grill/kitchen is also integrated at the back of the boat. Lovely flush deck so you don't have to stub your toes all the time and lots of storage space. Downstairs it is bright and pleasant, which the light oak also contributes to. Lovely large cabins and beds and lots of space to store in cupboards and drawers.
I would also like to mention one of the most important reasons why we have chosen Dufour twice in a row, and that is the supplier W-Yacht. Here, from the very beginning, there has been top-notch follow-up and service from Ola Andre and his skilled team. Skilled professionals, always available and offering good advice and ideas. Absolutely invaluable when you buy a boat. W-Yacht has premises in both Vollen and Åmøy. We are not sponsored but have placed the logo with a link on the front page.

2019 - 2022
Dufour 430
In the fall of 2019 we received our new Dufour 430 with four cabins, after having ordered it a year before. At that time we were down and visited the shipyard in La Rochelle, where we got to see our boat on the production line. We had two wonderful seasons along the Norwegian coast with the boat, and were extremely satisfied in every way. But then a new model came along that had even more space...

1998 - 2000
Player 311
Eventually, the IF became too small and too uncomfortable to go on vacation with the family with small children. Therefore, the decision was made to upgrade to something more family-friendly. The choice fell on this one, which gave us three cabins, engine, pantry, toilet and more. It worked very well, but then we moved to the USA for a few years, and the boat was sold.

2015 - 2019
Bavaria 34 AC
After many years without a boat, but a couple of vacations where we rented a boat in Croatia, the desire for our own boat grew ever greater. In the summer of 2015 we found an ad on Finn for a boat we liked, and bought this boat sight unseen from Bergen, and sailed it home. The following seasons we went on various trips along the Swedish and Norwegian coasts. The boat was an older model, but was a very nice boat to start with for the family.

2008 - 2012
Laser
After a few years, the desire to sail a dinghy returned. I bought a used Laser that was used on weekends and during the summer holidays when the conditions were good.

1980
IF
With a father who had always loved sailing, IF purchased the boat. "Yankee" was mainly used in various regattas in the inner Oslofjord, and in the Færderen. But there were also some nice trips along the southern coast of Norway during the summer holidays with this one.

1970 - 1977
A-Dinghy
This is where his interest in sailing began. Anders started sailing A-dinghy when he was 6 years old. He eventually became a very skilled A-dinghy sailor with many prizes under his belt.

1977 - 1980
Mini jolle
Stepped up after the A-dinghy period. Sailed for 3-4 years, but then came the desire to use the weekends for something else too.
