The wind has died down and we continue north to the harbor of Port Joinville on Ile d'Yeu. A distance of 30 nm still in the sunshine.

We set off early in brilliant sunshine, no wind and big swells, and the motor is on all the way. Unfortunately, the waves make Olivia sick once, but she recovers well.

Fresh crosswind when docking at the inner harbor of Port Joinville on Ile d'Yeu, but managed with helpful people on the pier.

We have a Taco dinner and a drink on the boat, before a trip to the beach and a trip in the city centre

.

For the first time, we get some light rain, but we enjoy ourselves on the boat with "salad evening" and card games.

Hello,

Thank you for stopping by!

Hi, our names are Ida and Anders.

This is the story of how we, with completely different backgrounds and experiences from sea life, work together towards our great goal.

This page tries to collect our experiences at sea as a family. From the humble beginnings of renting a boat in Croatia, our first own boat, Step by Step, to our new boat, Vue Mer II.

The goal is for the family to embark on a sailing trip on the seven seas within a few years.
