We prepare the boat and enjoy the nice weather

We have set aside a few days to hand over the boat, as well as get some equipment in place before we set off.

It's the first night on board, and the Skipper naturally wakes up at half past five and enjoys his morning coffee in the sun while the city comes to life.

We have a place in the middle of the city in the Bassin des Chalutiers . The weather is brilliant all day, and very hot. We really feel this on our bodies, as this will be a very active working day. Of course there are small things that don't fit, so we can't mount anchors or Code 0, but apart from that a lot will fall into place.

Lunch in town but eat the rest of your meals on the boat. And tomorrow it's out of the harbor and the first sail with the boat, before we move to Les Minimes.
